French Riviera, France
It was one of the destinations we visited the most last year, we love it! There are many beautiful places! Today’s wedding was the last we worked last year in that area of France.
H & S live in the UK, but decided to say “yes” in a spectacular house on the Cote d’Azur. Accompanied by family and friends, they created a special atmosphere in the garden of the house. The predominant colour in the decoration was white with touches of green and many candles that always give an elegant air when the night comes.
A perfect combination of long tables and round tables, with large candelabras and white and green flowers. White linen / cotton tablecloths and napkins, with Florence antique white chargerplate, gold trimmed cups and gold cutlery.
A great night that ended with a party around the pool.

There are no limits
We travel to the Leopoldskron Palace, Austria, a Rococo palace built in the eighteenth century by the Archbishop of Salzburg, Count Leopold Anton von Firmian. It is surrounded by a large park with an incredible view of the romantic garden at Lake Leopoldskron. This palace is one of the most famous places in the world, due to the musical “The Sound of Music.
The wedding of Farah and Mark was romantic, dreamy, timeless and elegant. The flowers and the emphasis of the musical were reflected in several details. The palette was formed by light pastel colors, sage, blush, soft whites, creams, ivory and touches of gold.
The ceremony took place outside the building, where we found the legendary horses and the backdrop lake. The aperitif also took placed outside, where guests could enjoy the views and the palace gardens.
The dinner took place in the main hall of the palace, between marble columns, golden stucco and golden chairs. Flowers of different sizes for the presidential table and short centers for the imperial tables. The stage was classic and dreamy, with colored tablecloths and ivory napkins. Tall candles and nude / blush colored candles were combined throughout the tables.
The wedding stationery was made in 100% cotton paper with floral details and calligraphy; printing was used for the menus.
The Elba gold rimmed glassware, golden-matt cutlery and the Modena tableware in Ivory color were the pieces chosen for the wedding of F & M.
The cake was cut in the Venetian room and served along with other desserts at a round table. The room was full of mirrors, candles, paintings and gold, a true wonder.
Here are some pictures of this fairy tale wedding.

Paris, mon amour.
We are in a cute apartment in Paris, with a small balcony that allows us to go out and contemplate the visits and the architecture of this beautiful city.
Inside we find a contemporary and luxurious design. Colors pink powder and begonia are the central colors; dark tones are used as a background. The marble provides a modern, minimal and cold point, but that is countered with the gold metals.
The wedding stationery is made up of cotton paper, vegetable paper, marble pieces and elegant calligraphy.
We look now to the table; the main protagonists are the flowers with a rectangular centerpiece in colors that evoke us to spring. Also long candles in dark color with marble base. Modena tableware adds texture to the table and a soft touch of color. The combined silver and gold cutlery is a clear example of the cold and warm element counterpoint that we mentioned earlier. The details are important and a flower has been placed in table setting.

Portugal & París
The wedding took place at the prestigious resort Penha Longa Resort in Portugal
Splendida Weddings did an incredible job mixing a fresh but chic Parisian style. As always, she paid great attention to all deco details. The white and blue were the protagonists in this wedding, two colors that have been very present in the history of Portugal. To complement the color palette, gold was also used to represent the sophistication of Paris.
To reinforce the inspiration, she worked with the textures. Historical elements were used such as tiles, craftsmanship … to create a unique experience for the bride and groom and guests.
The flower centers were as delicate in shape as they were in the color palette. The wedding stationery and the little present for the guests (some cookies) were designed based on the tiles of Portugal.
We leave below a selection with some pictures.

It was the city chosen by H & S to say “I DO”. Our couple from the United States were spending a few months in the city enjoying their great passion, cycling. As many of you know Girona is not only known for its great beauty but also as a great destination for cycling routes. So much they were fascinated by the landscape, the city, the weather … that they decided to get marry there, together their relatives who were accompanying them during these months of vacations.
We made the design for an intimate wedding, with great enthusiasm and pampered to the last detail. At the end of the evening they told us we had exceeded all expectations. It was the best reward we could receive. We thank Barcelona Wedding for trusting us with the design of this wedding.
In the same spot we performed the ceremony and the banquet. We wanted a very cozy and natural atmosphere, we decorated with a lot of green, flowers and many candles that would accompany them during dinner. On this occasion we opted for a wooden imperial table, with typical chairs of Parisian cafes. The decoration: a table runner in nude color, two floral centrepieces, candles and linen napkins tied with a silk cord. For the stationery we chose cotton paper and hand lettering in gold. We opted for the Modena collection, chargerplate in nude and ivory crockery, gold flatware in gold and Provenzal glassware.
